Defendre Capital provides online courses, educational materials, digital products, and custom software/AI engagements focused on AI, automation, and systems thinking.

Course purchases are final unless otherwise stated; most courses include a 30-day satisfaction guarantee: contact us within 30 days for a refund. Project deposits reserve your start date and are applied to your project total; refundability of deposits is set out in your engagement agreement.

All course content, materials, and resources are the property of Defendre Capital LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell our materials without written permission. Deliverables from client engagements are governed by your individual agreement.

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or interfere with other users' access.

Defendre Capital shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our services, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
